More About Cassie
Cassie is a travel-addict who gladly takes any excuse to hop on a plane or boat and explore a new destination, or revisit a favorite. Originally from South Jersey, Cassie has lived in Roanoke, Virginia for 20 years. Her favorite travel companions are her husband, Greg, and kids Conner and Katie.
Exploring the World
I don't just plan travel; I try to experience destinations before sending my clients. Thirty-three countries visited so far, 67 more to hit my goal! My grandmother, who is my travel inspiration, visited every continent, every U.S. state and 100 countries, and I'm determined to match that.
My Passion Project
As I travel, I refer to my grandmother's very detailed journals and photos, and try to recapture her images and experiences. She left notes about every hotel room, every meal and its cost, her impression of the culture and people. So much has changed politically, down to the names of some of the countries.
